01. How long will my order take to arrive? Generally, every order will be processed within one or two days, so you’ll receive your new watch in about 7 working days.

02.How much do I pay for delivery service? Doesn’t matter where you live in Italy, Sicily and Sardinia too, the total amount of the shipment will be of only 5 euros. Your order will be sent using a safe courier, so you’ll be able to take a look at where your watch will be from the order to the delivering.

03.How can I return a product in case of problems?
Our Company can offer a RETURN SERVICE, at the same price of the cost of the shipments that you can find above. You can use it, just sending an email with the object "Request of Return Service" at the mail assistenza@fonderiawatch.com, specifying the order number, the product code and the problem you’ve find in your watch, and your contacts too. The Costumer Assistance will be glad to give you all informations for the retirement of the object.

Once we’ll have verified all the data, Fonderia will send you an email for the opening of the return practice, sending you a courier within 30 days Every delivery that will not be concerned in the Guarantee conditions will be charged to the customer. Ship your items back to our address and make sure you add tracking/confirmation so we can verify it was delivered to us. Products have to be sent in their original, unworn condition.
